Kelly McCormack

Kelly McCormack is an internationally award winning actor, screenwriter, musician and
Executive Producer of Floyder Films Inc. She is currently playing the resident science nerd
Zeph on Killjoys (Syfy/Space) and has appeared alongside James Franco in JJ Abrams’ series
11.22.63 (Hulu) and Ricky Gervais in Special Correspondents (Netflix). She also produced
and stars in the hit digital original series The Neddeaus of Duqesne Island (CBC) and is set to
shoot her next feature film Sugar Daddy which she wrote and stars in, directed by world
renowned music video director Wendy Morgan (Gnarls Barkley, Janelle Monáe, The Kills) and
produced by Clique Pictures and Violator Films.

Other recent credits include The Expanse (Syfy), Crawford (Comedy Central/CBC), Save
Me (CBC), How to Buy a Baby (CBC), Damien (Fox), Defiance (Syfy), That’s my DJ (Neon
Panther).

As a writer, Kelly’s debut feature comedy Play the Film starring Kristian Bruun won five Best
Screenplay awards internationally, with her second feature film Barn Wedding premiering at the
world famous Chinese Theatre with the Dances with Films Festival. Beginning her career in
classical music and theatre before moving into screenwriting, and producing, Kelly brings
together a cross section of artists from traditionally separate disciplines with her production
company Floyder Films Inc.
